Lucy is passionate about making the kind of connections that encourage and equip people to know their value, grow, and feel confident to show up authentically.

Professionally, this manifests in her roles as psychotherapist, supervisor, trainer, and founder of a schools and community counselling service; Two Ten Therapy.

Lucy has a special interest in working with some of the barriers that hinder people connecting well and have the potential to feed inequity. Working with schools, businesses, and organisations, she continues to deliver and develop her program 'Beyond Bias Towards Meaningful Connection'. The program aims to remove the shame around unconscious bias and provide safe reflective and experiential spaces that help people move away from automatic reactions, towards open, curious responses to difference.
